Dimple Design brings you the new Mini Yo-Yo. When I started my business, I had requests for a small version of the Yo-Yo for the little ones when they are first born or even for a small barrette for those itty bitty pony tails. I hope to show you pictures of one in action soon! Until then, enjoy the pictures below!

Each Mini Yo-Yo measures 1.5 inches in diameter (compared to 2.75 inches for the Yo-Yo)

So, I am trying to keep up with the amount of interest in the yo-yo barrettes. I post most of what I make but always remember that they are customizable. If you are interested, I am more than happy to set up an appointment so that you are able to sort through the available fabrics. Also, if you see a fabric when you are out and about that you like, please let me know. I will work with you, just send me an e-mail! One thing I have not mentioned is the uniqueness of the buttons. Each barrette has a unique button that may be limited to is availability. If there is a specific button you like, please let me know and I will find out if there is a duplicate available. I was able to get my hands on 5 lbs of vintage buttons which makes the barrettes unique from one to the other. There are just NUMEROUS possibilities to fit everyone's taste. I just wanted to share with all of my followers the one who inspires me most on my Dimple Designs. Let me introduce to you, Jazlyn Grace, my beautiful baby niece. I decided to do a photo shoot with her to capture the moment forever...it was priceless!! As you can see, we celebrated her 1st birthday and we did it with style. I custom made a barrette with a ladybug in the center to coordinate with her outfit and party theme. You will notice that Jazlyn prefers to forego the headband and just wear the barrette. This is definitely an option for all the little ones out there that have the locks to hold it in. Isn't she just precious?!?! Happy Birthday, Jazlyn Grace!! I love you!

These one-of-a-kind sets are sure to impress any new mother! It includes the boutique style diaper wipe case and a choice of a barrette or a tie onesie depending on the gender of the little one. These can be coordinated to match the mother's choice of colors.

The boutique style diaper wipe case is made of cotton fabric and is trimmed with coordinating ribbon. Each wipes case is slightly padded, and comes stocked with 16 Huggies wipes! Be sure to mention that after their little one grows up, it can be re-purposed as a coupon holder, crayon holder, etc. So many options!

The onesie is embellished with a material that imitates the look of a tie! They can be worn alone or with a cute coordinating button up shirt for a perfect look to keep your little one looking stylish! Various colors are available in the onesies as well as sizes (0-3 months, 3-6, 6-9, 12 & 18 - specify when ordering). I use a stylish cotton fabric backed with a layer of felt to give the tie a 3D effect.

The double-layer fabric Yo-Yo is a handmade barrette made with your choice of quality cotton fabric (refer to fabric swatches). It comes with a snap-clip attached to the back making it easy to attach to headbands. What is neat about all of my barrettes is being able to interchange the color of the headbands for versatility.

When ordering, please specify your color choice and number for both the bottom and top layers (i.e. Top-Green 4, Bottom-Pink 2 - this color combination is pictured below) and your preference in headband (view headbands in post titles "headbands" or see list of colors in right price column under headbands). The finishing touch is the button. Please specify the color of button you are interested in and I will do my best to fulfill your request.
